Dust-free, rational working with combining our deaerated wall junction, floc-switch and exhaust-filter

The deaerated wall junction is fixed into the drill hole (105mm diameter) with an eccentric unit. Thus no particles of the insulating material are discharged into the room air. The once fixed connection needs not to be held during the filling process any more, so that you can already prepare the next tray for the blowing-in.
An overstocking of the tray is prevented by the blowing machines unique dynamic pressure control. I.e.. when the tray is optimally filled the control system registers the increase of pressure and opens a relief valve. It is adjustable over weight disks in order not to over-press the tray and thus to warp or to destroy it.
Having the tray filled and the next prepared you can transitionless and under full pressure shift the floc-switch. Afterwards you might prepare the next tray without loosing time.
With closer hermetic trays it is recommended to use an exhaust and/or an active exhaust with filter in the lower tray-level in order to achieve an even higher density of the material.

This system can be used time-saving on building sites and in the prefabrication (e.g. of prefabricated building parts).

Easier working with our PE hose tracker for injection hoses

With sloped trays the injection hoses must still be pushed in according to the traditional method and be led by the construction worker. The sealing of the injection drill hole was always difficult.
Our hose trackers are a simple solution to this task. They are available for injection hoses in the nominal sizes to 63 and 75mm. You simply wedge the tracker provided with a flexible locking ring into the drill hole (105mm diameter) and insert the hose thereby. The gap between the ring and the injection hose is reduced to a minimum. Air can escape almost problem-free but the withdrawal of insulating material is strongly decreased. By the curved opening of the tracker the hose can be introduced or withdrawn simply without hooking.
For working behind paperboards you simply wedge a fastening plate for hose trackers between the wooden slats and the paperboards in order not to damage them.
